As the density of flash memories is becoming larger, fast programmer is required to shorten the programming time. MODEL1950 is equipped with newly developed MPG engine accomplishing ultra fast erase, program, verify of flash memories according to the specification of each memory.
Model 1950 accomplished 1.5 to 7 time’s faster programming speed comparing to the previous model. Programming speed can be even shorten by applying multi PAE mode that was also installed in Model 1940.
Multi PAE (Multi Programming Address Enabled): Programmer looks ahead FF data to be skipped for programming (Blank Check, Verify are applicable for all address).

Memory size is 4Gbit(512Mbyte) standard and can be upgraded to 256Gbit(32Gbyte). Large memory size is suitable for programming mobile phone programming and high density IC.

Model 1950 supports Flash memory such as NOR, NAND and flash embeded microcontroller.
Fast data transfer can be accomplished by USB2.0. RS232C is equipped as standard. Direct transfer from Compact Flash Card (CF card) to buffer memory is available. Buffer data in the programmer can be uploaded to CF card.
Originally designed various sockets are available according to the package type of IC.
Socket unit of MODEL1950 is prepared separately. Minimum one socket unit (two programming sites) and maximum eight socket units can be sent on a programmer.
Socket adaptors are consumable items of which life span vary by the environments and the operations during the production. It must be cleaned or replaced when the failure rate is increased due to unstable contacts.
Various socket units can be prepared according to the package.
